Schnittmuster mit allen Markierungen auf Karton übertragen, auch gegengleiche Teile aufzeichnen. Alle Teile ausschneiden.

Schnittmusterteile auf Stoffrücken auflegen. dabei auf den Fadenlauf achten. Teile mit wasserfestem Eddingstift (schwarz bei dunklen Stoffen, gelb bei hellen Stoffen, weisser Lackstift bei schwarzen Stoffen) aufzeichnen. Markierungszeichen ebenfalls übertragen. Mit einer spitzen Schere die Teile ausschneiden. Darauf achten, dass nur der Stoffrücken geschnitten wird, nicht die Mohairhaare.

Alle Teile vor dem Nähen rechts auf rechts legen und heften oder stecken. Die Stichlänge (Nähmaschine) auf 1.5 stellen.
 

Kopf/Ohren
Kopfseitenteile rechts auf rechts legen. Kinnnaht nähen. Kopfmittelteil mittig einsetzen und jeweils von der Nasenspitze aus zum Hals nähen.

Je zwei Ohrenteile aufeinander legen und die Rundung nähen.

Arme
Pfote an Innenarm nähen. Aussenarm auf Innenarm legen. Rundum ohne Stopföffnung nähen. Zweiten Arm ebenso nähen.

Beine
Je zwei Beinteile aufeinander legen und von Zehenspitze bis Ferse ohne Stopföffnung nähen. Sohlen einsetzen und nähen.

Körper

2 Körperteile:
Abnäher schliessen. Körperteile aufeinander legen. Naht schliessen. Dabei die Stopföffnung offen lassen und eine kleine Öffnung für den Kopfsplint.

4 Körperteile:
Vordere Körperteile aufeinander legen, Bauchnaht nähen. Rückenteile aufeinander legen und Rückennaht bis auf die Stopföffnung schliessen. Beide Körperteile aufeinander legen, Seitennaht rundum nähen.

Fertigstellung

Mit einer Stopfnadel alle Haare aus den Nähten nach links ziehen. Die Nähte werden dadurch dünner und ordentlich.
Kopf, Ohren und Körper wenden.

Arme und Beine wie auf der Zeichnung angegeben an den Markierungen einschneiden und wenden. Vorsicht: Bei den Beinen darauf achten, dass Sie ein rechtes und ein linkes Bein haben. Vor dem Einschneiden der Markierung Beine gegengleich vor sich hinlegen.

Kopf
Kopf mit kleinen Wattestücken fest stopfen. Die Nase sehr sorgfältig und fest stopfen. Gelenkscheibe mit Splint/Unterlegscheibe in den Hals legen. Halsrand mit reissfestem Faden umstechen. Hals um den Splint
herum zusammen ziehen. Fäden fest verknoten und verstechen.

Arbeiten mit Muttern
Pappscheibenöffnung mit einer Zange etwas aufdrehen,
da die Öffnung für einen Splint gedacht ist. Mutter durch
Unterlegscheibe und Pappscheibe stecken und in die Halsöffnung legen. Halsöffnung mit reissfestem Faden zusammenziehen, Fäden verstechen. 
Weiter "mit Muttern" ...

Ohren
Nach dem Wenden die gerade Öffnung mit Matratzenstichen zuerst zunähen. Die Ohren mit je zwei Stecknadeln am Kopf anstecken. Darauf achten, dass die Ohren gerade sitzen. Deshalb den Sitz von allen Seiten her überprüfen. drehen Sie den Kopf nach oben, nach unten, schauen von vorn und hinten. Nur so kann man sicher sein, dass die Ohren wirklich gerade sitzen. Jetzt die Ohren mit Matratzenstich an den Kopf nähen.

Nase
Zuerst die Nasengrösse mit Stecknadeln markieren. Mit dünnem Stickgarn von Stecknadel zu Stecknadel sticken. Jetzt haben Sie die rohe Forme der Nase und können dies mit eng aneinander liegenden Stichen und mehreren Lagen auffüllen. Mund sticken.

Augen
Reissfesten Faden in die Öse einfädeln. Ösen mit einer Zange vorsichtig flachkneifen. Augenpunkte mit Stecknadeln am Kopf markieren und geraden Sitz überprüfen. Mit einer langen Nadel am Augenpunkt einstechen, Fäden bis hinter das Ohr durchziehen. Mit einer normalen Nähnadel (ein Fadenende eingefädelt) in das Austrittsloch zurückstechen und knapp daneben wieder herausstechen. Jetzt Fadenenden fest anziehen. Zuerst mit einem Dreifachknoten, dann mit zwei einfachen Knoten sichern. Enden im Kopf versticken.

Kopfsplint in die Halsöffnung einstechen, Pappscheibe mit Unterlegscheibe dagegensetzen. Splintenden zu je einer Schnecke drehen.

Weiter "mit Muttern"
Mutter durch die Halsöffnung stecken. Pappscheibe und
Unterlegscheibe aufziehen. Die erste Mutter aufziehen und mit einem offenem Schraubenschlüssel so fest anziehen, dass sich die beiden Pappscheiben nur noch schwer gegeneinander bewegen. Die zweite Mutter aufziehen. Die erste Mutter mit einem Schrauben- schlüssel festhalten, die zweite Mutter mit dem zweiten Schraubenschlüssel "kontern" (gegeneinander festziehen). Diese Verbindung wird niemals locker und kann nur mit zwei Schlüsseln wieder geöffnet werden.
Zurück zu Ohren...

Arme und Beine
Arme und Beine fest stopfen, eventuell zuerst ein wenig Granulat einfüllen. Gelenkscheibe/Unterlegscheibe mit Splint in die Arm/Beinöffnungen einführen. Natürlich können Sie die Verbindungen ebenfalls mit Muttern (siehe Beschreibung für Kopf) fertigstellen.
Eventuell etwas Watte hinter die Scheiben nachstopfen. Stopföffnungen mit Matratzenstich schliessen. Markierungen im Körper mit einer Schere durchstechen. Splinte in die Markierungen einstechen und Pappscheiben/Unterlegscheiben im Körper dagegen- setzen. Splintenden zu Schnecken drehen.

Körper
Körper gut ausstopfen. Eventuell Granulat in Bauch oder Po füllen. Stopföffnung mit Matratzenstich schliessen.

How to

Transfer pattern to cardboard with all the markings. Do all opposite pieces as well (both inner arms, both outer arms and so on). Cut out all cardboard pieces.

Lay pattern pieces on fabric back. Watch for the direction of fabric. Transfer pattern with all markings with non-smudge felt tip pen (use black for darker fabric, yellow for white fabric and white for black
fabric). Pattern will tell most of the time if to cut pieces on the drawn line or with a bit of extra next to the drawn line. Cut out pieces. Watch to not cut the hairs but only the back of fabric.

Before sewing pin or stitch all pieces pushing the hair between the seams. Lay right side on right side.
Sewing with sewing mashine: use small stitch.
 

Head and Ears
Lay the 2 side head pieces together. Sew chin. Set middle piece in. Be very precise with catching the middle of the nose to the middle of the chin. Sew backwards starting each time from nose to neck. 
Lay 2 pieces of the ear parts right side on right side. Sew the rounded part.

Arms
Sew paw onto inner arm. Lay inner arm on outer arm. Sew all around not leaving an opening! Do second arm the same way.

Legs
Lay 2 pieces of legs (if you have a one-piece leg fold it together) together. Sew all around except foot opening. Sew in foot. Be careful to center foot pad. Do second leg likewise.

Body

2 body pieces:
Close darts first. Then lay the two pieces right side on right side. Sew all around except for back opening and a small opening for head pin.

4 body pieces:
Sew the two front pieces /stomach seam) and the two back pieces (back seam, leave opening for stuffing). Then lay the two pieces right side on right side and close these side seams except for the small head opening.

Finishing

Before turning all pieces around you must pull ALL hairs (between the seams) back to the left side. Use the back of a needle for this. That way your seams will be very fine and thin.

Turn head and ears. Some artists close the straight sides of the ears now using ladder stitch.

Cut arms and legs like shown in the drawings. Turn arms and legs. LEGS: Watch that you have a right and a left leg!
 

Stuffing
Stuff head with synthetic filling or sheep wool, whatever you are used to. Stuff the nose very carefully and tight.
Put cotterpin through washer and joint and lay into the neck opening. Using untearable thread stitch all around the neck. Pull thread tight so opening closes and knot the threads carefully several times. Pull the ends of the thread into the head.

If you use screws:
You need to open the hole of the joint with your pliers a bit (it´s a bit too small for screws). Then push screw through washer and joint, close opening like using cotterpins.

Ears
Fasten ears with 2 stick pins each onto the head. Check the correct fit from all sides. Sew onto the head with ladder stitches using untearable thread.

Eyes
Mark eye position at the head with two glass head needles. Check the precise position from all sides. Pull untearable thread through eye. Pinch eye carefully with pliers. Enter at marked position with long eye needle
and pull both threads through. Come out directly behind the ears (seam ear/head). Thread one of the untearable threads through a normal sewing needle. Go back into the hole and come out right next to it. Tighten the thread while gently pushing on the glass eye. Now you
can secure the two ends with first a triple knot then with two regular knots. Do the second eye likewise.

You can also come out with your needle at the backside of the neck and pull the threads through. Those are just a few of the ways to pull in eyes.

Nose
Mark size of nose with stick pins. Use fine nose thread and stitch from one pin to the next pulling each of them out one by one. This gives you a rough scetch of what your nose will look like. Now you can stitch inbetween with layer on layer to fill in. Stitch the mouth.
 

Fasten head on body

with Cotterpins:
Stick cotterpin through neck opening into the body. Push joint and washer against it. Using your pliers twist both ends of cotterpin away from each other. There has to be a tight pull against the washer.

with Screws:
Stick screw through neckopening into the body. Push washer and joint onto it. Twist the first nut down. This first nut has to be so tight that you can only barely turn both joints against each other! Twist down the second nut. Hold the first nut with a wrench. Tighten the second nut with a second wrench against it. This will never loosen up except using two wrenches!

Arms and Legs
Stuff arms and legs either using filling or filling and pellets. 
Legs: You can fill in pellets to the knee. Then tighten these pellets down by hitting the leg onto a hard surface. Put stuffing on top of this trying to connect pellets and stuffing as well as you can so there is no gap.
Stuff arms and legs up to the top part. Like described in the „head“ part put joint in. Close opening using untearable thread and ladder stitches. Before closing completely maybe stuff some more under joint so upper
arms and legs are tightly stuffed. Cut inner body markings (just cut one or two threads). Finish like described in „head“.

Body
Stuff body using either stuffing or stuffing and pellets. Close back opening using untearable thread and ladder stitches. Comb out all hairs.
